Fresh off their first conference victory off the season, Kentucky returns to Rupp Arena under the bright lights of the SEC Network. The Vanderbilt Commodores will make the three-plus hour drive northwest to Lexington to take on the Wildcats looking for their first SEC victory. After two rough losses to Ole Miss and Georgia to start the month of January, the Commodores will be a desperate bunch.
Kentucky will be looking to get above .500 in SEC play for the first time this season. After a sluggish performance on Tuesday night, we’ll see if Kentucky can get back to playing with an edge like they did in the victories over Utah, North Carolina, and Louisville.
