Two talented scorers are returning for at least one more year of college basketball.
After testing the waters, Scotty Pippen Jr. has withdrawn from the NBA Draft. The Vanderbilt guard ranked second in the SEC in points (20.8) and assists (4.9) per game last season to earn First Team All-SEC Honors.
At one point this offseason, some speculated that Pippen could opt out of the Draft, enter the portal and transfer to Kentucky, his “dream school.” Today the dream of adding an infamous Rupp Arena scorer to the lineup has been put to bed.
