The exhibition season is over and the Kentucky Wildcats earned another victory last night over Kentucky State. The score, 83-51, was very similar to the one against Georgetown. Something else that was similar was the play of sophomore Immanuel Quickley.
The work that Quickley put in during the offseason is apparent and the guard looks as if he has made a sophomore leap like that of PJ Washington. While the two players couldn’t be more different in regards to their games, the results in production are very similar.
If Quickley remains coming off of the bench, he will be one of the best sixth men in the country.
