After a coaching search that centered around several high-profile Kentucky names like Travis Ford, Darrin Horn, John Pelphrey, and Kenny Payne the Hilltoppers have apparently found their man.

Stansbury has often been a staple at the Kentucky state tournament over the years and should be a good fit at Western. Rick built Mississippi State into a perennial SEC contender and has most recently led the turnaround of Texas A&M while serving as an assistant.
