For the third straight season, Rhyne Howard is sweeping the All-American honors.
On Wednesday night, it was announced that the Kentucky Women’s Basketball superstar guard had been named to the John R. Wooden Award All-American Team. Howard is now up for the 19th annual Wooden Award National Player of the Year honor, which will be announced on Monday, April 4 during SportsCenter on ESPN. The 6-foot-2 native of Cleveland, TN joins a five-woman All-American Team consisting of Aliyah Boston (South Carolina), Caitlin Clark (Iowa), Naz Hillmon (Michigan), and NaLyssa Smith (Baylor).
