Jemarl Baker may be the least heralded member of Kentucky’s recruiting class, but former UK great Rex Chapman really likes what he sees out of Baker.
“One thing that stood out is Jemarl Baker can really shoot,” Chapman told SEC Country’s Kyle Tucker. “I could shoot it a little bit — most of the guys I played with could shoot it a bit — but he shoots it like Dell Curry. I’m surprised when he misses. He can really shoot the basketball. He shoots it like Tony Delk.”
Baker was once committed to California as the #72 commit in the class, but committed to Kentucky after decommitting from Cal after Cuonzo Martin took the Missouri job.
