Former Kentucky coach Joker Phillips has been hired as an assistant on Urban Meyer’s staff at Ohio State, WKYT reported Wednesday.
Phillips, who served as the head coach as the Wildcats head coach for three seasons from 2010-12, will serve as an advance scout, an off-field position, with the Buckeyes.
