Sources tell KSR that Kentucky football recruiting coordinator EK Franks is leaving the program to become the assistant athletic director at Troy.
At UK Franks managed all aspects of recruiting operations, including directing the recruiting staff, and coordinated on-campus recruiting visits. Prior to joining Kentucky’s staff for the 2018 season, Franks served as the director of player personnel at Florida and Arkansas.
A man who was highly thought of for his behind the scenes work, Franks’ departure is the first staff move of the 2019 offseason.
