LEXINGTON - The 26th edition of the modern Governor's Cup rivalry was supposed to be a tossup.
Perhaps it would have been, but Kentucky had Lynn Bowden and Louisville did not.
The Kentucky wide-receiver-turned-quarterback ran for a career-high 284 yards and four touchdowns as the Wildcats cruised to a 45-13 victory for is second consecutive blowout win in the series and first victory in Lexington since 2009. Kentucky attempted just two passes in the game, completing one for 4 yards, but rushed for 517 yards, setting a school single-game rushing record for the second consecutive week.
