Randall Cobb will be the New York Jets' emergency quarterback in Week 2

Quarterback was one of the many positions in which Randall Cobb shined during his days at Kentucky. With Aaron Rodgers out for the season, Cobb may be called on to play QB once again.

New York Jets coach Robert Saleh announced today that Cobb will be the “emergency quarterback” in Week 2 vs. the Dallas Cowboys behind Zach Wilson and Tim Boyle. As you likely remember, the 13-year NFL veteran played quarterback (and wide receiver and return specialist) during his days at Kentucky, completing 62 passes for 689 yards and five touchdowns.
