Louisville native and Los Angeles Lakers point guard Rajon Rondo returned to Boston on Thursday night – the team he helped win an NBA title in 2008 – and hit a game-winner jumper as time expired.
After a scramble for a loose ball following a missed lay-up as the clock wound down, Rondo corralled the ball and put up a quick jumper that dropped in as the buzzer sounded.

The moment was a new highlight for the former Kentucky star, who isn't exactly known as a shooter – the former Eastern High School guard has made his money as an elite passer and defender.
