After two big wins over LSU and Florida last week to give UK some much needed breathing room in the SEC title race with just four games remaining on the schedule, everyone’s eyes were pointed towards that huge matchup with Auburn on Saturday. Before that, the Wildcats needed to take care of business against a scrappy Texas A&M team in what appeared to be your classic trap game.
Thanks to eight three-point makes by Immanuel Quickley and some very strong two-point field goal defense, UK came away with a 69-60 win to improve to 13-2 in conference play.
