Kentucky is of for a couple of days, but that doesn’t mean that the basketball madness hasn’t begun yet. Yesterday, we got a taste of March Madness. Lipscomb clinched its first NCAA Tournament bid by winning the Atlantic Sun Tournament, Radford won the Big South Tournament on a buzzer-beater and the Michigan Wolverines thrashed the Purdue Boilermakers in an upset to win the Big Ten. And yesterday, 22-win Northern Kentucky got knocked off in the Horizon League quarterfinal by an 11-22 Cleveland State team, thus eliminating them from any chance at getting an NCAA Tournament bid.
Radford wins the Big South at the buzzer!
