Former assistant director of basketball operations and graduate assistant coach at the University of Kentucky has been named the head basketball coach at Morehead State University.
Spradlin took over the interim head coaching duties in December, after former Basketball star, Sean Woods had resigned as MSU basketball coach because of allegations pending against Woods of assaulting two Morehead State players in a game against Evansville in November.
Spradlin has officially had his interim tag removed. Spradlin said, “Having been a part of the Morehead State family the past three seasons, I fully understand how special this university is and I’m honored to continue serving our student-athletes in all facets and am eager to reignite our passionate fan base.
