KANSAS City, Mo. - Sophomore forward PJ Washington has returned from a two-game absence with a sprained left foot for Kentucky's NCAA Tournament game against Houston.
Washington did not start but checked in for the first time at the first media timeout with Houston leading 7-6 and 15:41 remaining in the first half. He then scored on his first touch of the tournament to give the Wildcats an 8-7 lead.
Washington practiced with Kentucky for the first time Thursday since spraining his left foot in the March 16 SEC Tournament loss to Tennessee.
