The Tennessee football program reached an unprecedented new low Monday afternoon when the university hosted a baffling press conference. The meeting with the media was supposed to announce the next steps forward for the Volunteers’ football program in the wake of the termination of Jeremy Pruitt after an internal investigation found that Pruitt’s program committed multiple recruiting violations. It quickly devolved into a disaster accompanied by the sultry sounds of Yakety Sax.
