LEXINGTON, Ky. — Former University of Louisville trustee "Papa" John Schnatter attended Tuesday night's Kentucky-LSU basketball game at Rupp Arena
Wearing a blue shirt with a University of Kentucky logo, Schnatter was picked up by television cameras behind the Wildcats' bench, causing a flurry of responses on social media.
Schnatter – the founder of Papa John's Pizza – resigned in July from the University of Louisville's board of trustees after admitting to using a racial slur during a business call.
That controversy prompted the university to remove the company name of Papa John's from the school's football stadium.
