Nothing Kentucky star center Oscar Tshiebwe does is a shock anymore, as the senior standout has been named to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame’s preseason watch list for the 2023 Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Award on Friday. Tshiebwe took home the honor — now in its ninth year — following his historic junior campaign last season.
