Individually, Kentucky superstar Oscar Tshiebwe had little — if anything — to gain by returning for his senior season in Lexington. Averaging 17.4 points, 15.1 rebounds, 2.0 steals and 1.4 blocks per contest his first year as a Wildcat, the 6-foot-9, 260-pound center earned consensus National Player of the Year honors while also being named First-Team All-America, First-Team All-SEC, SEC Player of the Year, All-SEC Defense and — well, he brought home essentially every trophy college basketball had to offer.
