Virginia Tech DC Chris Marve
The buzz: Led by Marve’s defense, Virginia Tech rebounded from a season-opening loss to Old Dominion with a 27-10 win over Boston College in its ACC opener. The Eagles’ offense, which features NFL prospects in QB Phil Jurkovec and WR Zay Flowers, was limited to 155 total yards.
