When Kentucky running back Jojo Kemp turns around in his room, he sees accolades of his past. It was for moments like these that helped him become a first-team All-State member as a senior at DeLand High School in Florida.
“I look around my room and I’ve got the plaques and the jerseys,” Kemp said, “but I just look around and know that I want something more, something better so I just strive to be the best I can be.”
Turning from the mementos of the past, he finds the man in the mirror and reminds himself of all he still has to accomplish.
