One of the Bluegrass State’s top football talents isn’t straying too far away from home.
On Wednesday afternoon, class of 2024 three-star wide receiver Shaun Boykins Jr. out of North Hardin High School announced his commitment to the Louisville Cardinals. The 6-foot-1, 185-pound pass catcher chose the Cards over offers from the likes of Kentucky, West Virginia, Marshall, Miami (OH), Central Michigan, and others.
In the last calendar year, Boykins took four unofficial visits to Kentucky, appearing at a camp in June, two games during the 2022 season, and for Kentucky’s Junior Day in January.
