Prepare to wait on the quarterback
There was no clear edge between quarterbacks Gunnar Hoak and Terry Wilson in the race for the starting job Friday. That competition will carry into the summer and preseason camp.
UK coach Mark Stoops said there is no timetable to name a starter.
"There's been days where one has looked better than the other and vice versa," Stoops said. "It's just not fair for me to say (who's ahead) at this point because I'd be just throwing something at the wall.
