No. 16 Kentucky softball (21-9-1) lost a close 4-3 game against No. 10 Georgia (29-6) at Jack Turner Softball Stadium on Sunday.
The game clinched the series for the Bulldogs and marked the second straight series loss for the Wildcats.
Neither team scored in the first two innings, although Kentucky gathered two hits in the first inning and another in the second.
