A press release from UK Athletics explains what will change after it and its concessions partner, Aramark, responded to the fan feedback:
The west concourse will feature the most visible changes, as third-party vendors – all Lexington favorites – will all be serving premium food items.
Atomic Ramen (inside Gate 4) will serve Asian-inspired cuisine, starting with a bao bun with fried pork belly.
Athenian Grill (inside gates 6/7) will serve its authentic Greek cuisine, with lamb and beef feta stuffed sausage; vegetarian, chicken and classic gyros; vegetarian Mediterranean pie; and baklava on the menu.
