Now that the NBA Draft is over, Bovada has updated their odds for NBA Rookie of the year in 2018-2019.
Kevin Knox has the seventh-best odds, tied with Michael Porter Jr. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander comes in significantly further down the list at 40-1.
Here is how the list shapes up:

Luke Doncic, 3/1
Marvin Bagley, 9/2
Kevin Knox, 15/1
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, 40/1
Lonnie Walker, 50/1
Both Knox and SGA will not be as heavily relied upon next year as Ayton, Bagley, Doncic, and even Trae Young.
