The NBA G League has announced that players will receive a base salary of $7,000 per month or $35,000 total for the five-month 2018-19 season.
Here are more details from ESPN:
Players can earn additional money through affiliate player bonuses and NBA call-ups. Last season, the most a player could make was $26,000.
The G League has affiliates from 28 of 30 NBA teams. The move allows the minor league to become somewhat more attractive to players, including high school players who opt to join instead of going to college, such as 2018 McDonald’s All-American Darius Bazley.
