Kentucky Basketball cannot catch a break. On this morning’s Kentucky Sports Radio, Ryan Lemond reported that Nate Sestina suffered a wrist injury in practice last night, the latest in a string of maladies to plague the Cats thus far. According to Ryan, the injury requires surgery, and he could be out until March.
“It’s so bad he’s going to be out months,” Lemond said. “I heard even out until March. It’s that bad.”
John Calipari just confirmed the news on Twitter, telling fans Sestina will be out approximately four weeks.
#BBN, adversity has hit us again.
