Television series based on true events can be tricky things. When I first started Netflix’s “Narcos” last year, I didn’t realize it would be a multiple-season series. Season one moved at a frantic clip, telling the story of Pablo Escobar and how he became the most famous drug lord in history. It moved so fast that I assumed Escobar would die in the finale, because, you know, that’s how his story ends. (If you’re yelling, “SPOILER ALERT” right now, you do realize Pablo Escobar was a real person, don’t you?) Alas, for Netflix, Escobar lived for another season, which just became available a few weeks ago.
