Mr. College Football Visits Lexington

I am not sure why Tony Barnhart is referred to as “Mr. College Football,” but when someone’s nicknamed after a sport, they must be a big deal.

Last week the SEC Network analyst spent the day in Kentucky for UK’s Pro Day. After interviewing A.J. Stamps and Josh Forrest, he talked to Mark Stoops about big picture stuff within the program. He isn’t the first “national media” person to dissect Kentucky’s almost next-step, but he objectively sees Kentucky as “closer than you think.”

Mark Stoops addressed a lot of the problems last season. More importantly, as the team moves forward there’s one thing specifically being addressed — an offensive identity.
