LEXINGTON – Shortly after arriving at UK as a 17-year-old still adjusting to a new country, former Wildcats basketball player Isaac Humphries started dreaming of his name in lights.
Yes, he wanted to be known as a basketball great, but with his musical talent earning him quick affection from Kentucky’s rabid fan base, the idea of one day putting on his own concert began to solidify as well. But the demands of being a Kentucky basketball player temporarily pushed the idea to the back burner.
