The National Football League is still filling out its mini-camp rosters, and today a few more former Kentucky Football players joined the list of Wildcats with opportunities in the coming weeks.
In this wave of camp invites, Jordan Wright and Colin Goodfellow head to two of the oldest franchises in the league in pursuit of rookie deals. Wright, a linebacker, will compete for a job in Chicago at the Bears mini-camp, where a new Kentucky linebacker is needed since Danny Trevathan’s exit last year.
Wright spent six seasons in Lexington with 22 starts in 54 career games played for Kentucky’s defense.
