LEXINGTON - Ahead of Friday's season ticket renewal due date, Kentucky athletics director Mitch Barnhart says the school is preparing for football in the fall.
"As an administration, we are planning for football in the fall and focusing on taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved," Barnhart wrote in an email sent to season ticket holders Tuesday, a copy of which was provided to The Courier Journal.
In the letter, Barnhart outlined some of the steps the football team is taking to adapt to life away from campus during the COVID-19 pandemic, including virtual instruction from coaches and independent workouts before asking fans for their continued support.
