Regarding the status of the stadium as the season opener draws near, Barnhart told us, “The construction crew, they’ve got 450 people that are working essentially 24 hours a day. We had some weather issues early on, but they’ve done a great job and we’ll get to a spot where everyone will be fine. There may be some things we have to clean up on the backside, but hopefully on the front of house things, everything will go great and we’re looking forward to a wonderful season in Commonwealth. We’ll have some things we’ll need to finish up after the first week or two, but that’s okay.
