For Kentucky women’s soccer, Makala Woods and Alexis Tylenda have been essential in recent games against LSU and Vanderbilt.

Woods, in particular, has been playing brilliantly lately, opening both games with goals.

She scored barely two minutes into the game against LSU, establishing the tone for Kentucky’s effort. Then, thirty seconds into the game against Vanderbilt, she scored her eighth goal of the season from a penalty kick.
