Michigan State will be without one of its star guards in the team’s season-opener against Kentucky.
This afternoon, MSU head coach Tom Izzo told reporters in a press conference that senior guard Joshua Langford will be out until January – at the earliest – after re-aggravating a previous foot injury.

A co-captain for the Spartans, Langford started in all 35 games last season, where the 6-foot-5 guard averaged 11.
