Micah Johnson of the Calgary Stampeders practiced for the first time since suffering his second ACL tear on his left knee Aug. 16th. The defensive lineman has been rehabbing his ACL for two years.
“Anybody that’s rehabbed knows it’s not fun. So it’s been a real mental test. Extremely tedious,” Johnson told the Calgary Herald. “I’m a little further along than when I came back last year. Every day’s just an adjustment, trying to get better. And every day, for the most part, it has been getting better. Today was a good stepping stone, being able to hit the field and do some individual drills.
