Today the Miami Heat announced that they will be parting ways with former Kentucky/California forward Marcus Lee but will be signing former Kentucky guard DeAndre Liggins. The terms of the deal has not been disclosed yet.
The following year when Marcus Lee transferred from Kentucky to California, Lee averaged 11.4 points and 7.1 rebounds per game during his senior season. Lee went undrafted but then joined the Cleveland Cavaliers for their summer league roster where he averaged 6.1 points and 4.7 rebounds in the 7 games he played.
