Thursday evening Jordan Watkins announced he reopened his recruitment. Losing a wide receiver from Louisville, likely to UofL, certainly dampened the spirits of the Big Blue Nation. They may not be down for long.
One of Kentucky’s top remaining targets in the 2020 recruiting class is Michael Drennen II. Hailing from Gunnar Hoak’s alma mater, Dublin Coffman High School (Oh.), Drennen is ranked by Rivals as the No. 6 all-purpose back in America and No. 159 player overall. An incredibly fast running back that also makes plays as a slot receiver, Drennen has offers from Ohio State, Alabama, USC and every other top-ranked college football program in America.
