If you were looking forward to a day full of major tournament golf on Saturday you were left highly disappointed. Just 15 minutes into the broadcast by CBS, the horn blew at Augusta National Golf Club forcing a full delay for round three.
That wasn’t the only delay we saw this week at the Masters.
Twice on Friday, play was suspended causing round two to bleed into Saturday. Those players who ultimately made the cut then had to play with a two tees format with some starting round three on hole No. 10 with play starting late Saturday morning.
