It was an ugly first half full of football for Kentucky, but a dominant second half helped Kentucky win their home and season opener beating Central Michigan 35-20.
For Kentucky, it’s their second-straight win on opening day. Kentucky also improved to 7-0 all time against Central Michigan as they started their non conference slate 1-0.
Kentucky got the start they needed as they pursue a third straight season on making it it a bowl game, and to try to crack the seven win mark they’ve been stuck on the last two years.
The Cats were led by a great rushing attack, dominate defense play, and stellar special teams.
