In case you haven’t heard, the Kentucky Wildcats had one hell of a weekend, taking down the Florida Gators at home for the first time since 1986. As a result, Mark Stoops’ program is now 5-0 on the year and ranked No. 14 in the Coaches Poll and No. 16 in the AP.
With such a monumental win for the program comes strong accolades. Jacquez Jones was named SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Week and Walter Camp Defensive Player of the Week, while Josh Paschal won SEC Co-Special Teams Player of the Week and Reese’s Senior Bowl Defensive Player of the Week.
