It's Patrick Towles vs. Drew Barker, but there's been little question as to who's been leading the race for the entire offseason.
It's no secret Patrick Towles is leading the race to become the Kentucky Wildcats' starting QB once again this year, and the official word could come as soon as this weekend.
While speaking with the media following Tuesday's practice, head coach Mark Stoops told reports that's now enough separation between Towles and redshirt freshman Drew Barker that a decision on the starter could come as soon as Saturday after the team's first scrimmage.
