Kentucky Wildcats star Lynn Bowden Jr. has declared for the 2020 NFL Draft. He announced the news Monday on Twitter, adding he will play in the Belk Bowl vs. Virginia Tech.
This was the expected move all along, as Bowden is projected to be drafted in the Round 2-3 range, something very few players in college football will pass on a chance at being.
As a junior who began the season at wide receiver, Bowden switched to quarterback in Game 6 vs. Arkansas and went on to have a 5-2 record as a starter.
