Louisville Football has nothing to look forward to under Scott Satterfield, so the program is looking back on happier times with a new project to commemorate one of the program’s stars of yesterday.
UofL athletic director Vince Tyra announced during a Monday radio interview that a new Lamar Jackson statue will be placed at the main entrance to Cardinal Stadium as part of the entrance’s expansion. The tribute to the current Baltimore QB will sit next to Louisville’s tribute to another Baltimore QB, the statue of Johnny Unitas already at the Cardinals’ home field.
