LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky wide receiver Kayaune Ross was among the first to shake hands with Lamar Jackson amid the chaos on the field Saturday. The man in the blue No. 19 jersey found Jackson and congratulated him.
“Heisman?” Ross asked Jackson.
Jackson shrugged and smiled. Ross’ eyes lit up. He nodded with excitement. On Dec. 4, the 2016 Heisman Trophy winner will find out whether he will return to the ceremony for a second straight year.
