They’ve already lost Rick Pitino, Tom Jurich and Brian Bowen before the 2017-18 season even begins. It appears there will be more losses in the coming days and weeks due to the school’s involvement in the FBI investigation.
On Friday, the school announced that Kenny Johnson and Jordan Fair were being placed on administrative leave. It’s unclear if they had any involvement with the investigation or the stripper scandal Louisville is also dealing with.
Johnson, who was elevated to associate head coach of the men’s basketball team last year, had become one of the best recruiters among college basketball assistants.
