LEXINGTON – Nine games into his freshman season, Keion Brooks has an admission to make.
“It’s night and day,” Brooks said after contributing 10 points and four rebounds to Kentucky’s 67-53 win over Georgia Tech. “First coming here, I was a little confused, lost at times.”
One needs only look at the box score from Kentucky’s season-opening win over Michigan State for evidence of Brooks’ early season struggles.
He missed all three shots in that game and had as many fouls (two) as rebounds.
