Hundreds gathered Saturday afternoon at Woodland Park to rally against racial injustice.
The ‘Walk Forward’ protest was organized by two former Wildcats, Ravi Moss and Erik Daniels. They were joined by former teammates and others who once wore the blue and white: Josh Carrier, Rex Chapman, Ramel Bradley, Johnathan Davis, Lukasz Obrzut and LeRoy Byrd. Byrd’s son, Jarvis, was one of a handful of speakers at the event, as well as Senate candidate Charles Booker.
