Kentucky linebacker Chris Oats continues to make progress – albeit slowly – after tragically suffering a stroke back in May 2020.
Over the course of the year since his medical emergency, Oats’ family has regularly shared photos of the UK linebacker’s progress, ranging from his return home for the first time, returning to Kroger Field to see his teammates in person, the UK coaching staff paying him a visit at his house, and standing for the first time with assistance, among other updates.
Thursday evening, Oats’ mother, Kemberly Gamble, shared another update on the Wildcat’s current condition and where things stand with his GoFundMe account.
